These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by

By booking or participating in any of our services, you (“you” or “the customer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Services Provided

We offer:

Tandem skydiving experiences
Skydiving training courses
Gift vouchers redeemable for our services
Optional add-ons (e.g. photos, videos, external camera flyer, tunnel time, etc.)

All services are organized and provided directly by us. We reserve the right to update or expand our offerings at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility and Participant Requirements

To participate in our services, you must meet the following criteria:

Tandem jumps: Minimum height 135 cm
Skydiving courses: Minimum age 16 years
Participants under 18: Must provide written parental or guardian consent
Maximum weight: 115 kg
Health and safety: You must meet basic health and fitness requirements, which will be evaluated by our team on-site

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for safety, behavioral, or legal reasons — including intoxication, aggressive conduct, or refusal to follow instructions.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver Requirement

Skydiving is an inherently dangerous activity. Participation involves the risk of serious injury or death.

All participants must complete and sign a waiver of liability before engaging in any skydiving activity. This waiver includes:

Confirmation of medical and physical eligibility
Informed acknowledgment of the risks involved
Assumption of personal responsibility for injuries, damage, or death
Consent for personal data processing and optional promotional use of photos/videos

Failure to sign the waiver will result in cancellation of your activity without refund.

The waiver is presented for signature on-site before the activity. You may request a copy in advance by contacting us.

Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking
Payments are processed through Stripe using secure methods including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, and other supported methods
All charges are made in Euros (EUR), regardless of the customer's location or origin. Your financial institution may apply currency conversion or processing fees

Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your tandem booking up to 2 full days before your scheduled activity, for skydiving courses this restriction does not apply
Refunds will only be granted if we are unable to deliver the service (e.g. failure to meet safety requirements such as age, height, health, or documentation)
No refunds are given if the participant voluntarily chooses not to jump on the day of the activity
Delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, aircraft issues, or external restrictions are not grounds for a refund. We will work with you to reschedule at the next available opportunity
Final decisions regarding cancellations for safety or operational reasons are made solely by the jump operator

User Conduct

By using our websites or services, you agree to:

Use our platforms lawfully and respectfully
Refrain from committing or attempting fraud, abuse, or manipulation
Provide accurate and complete information when booking

We reserve the right to cancel bookings or deny service to anyone who violates these Terms or behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others.

Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, logos, videos, graphics, photos, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of SDC and Skydive Akademija, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without our express written consent.

Modifications to Terms or Services

We reserve the right to:

Modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our websites with a new effective date
Modify, reschedule, or cancel any service due to safety concerns, legal requirements, force majeure events, or operational needs

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.
